The purpose of the Parents Association is to support the students, families and staff of Dearborn Heights Montessori Center. At least one fundraiser is held held during the year and is typically a book fair that takes place in the fall. All proceeds are used to support a variety of school initiatives to enhance the school environment for all students. A large projection screen, additional padding for the gym, and a 3D printer for use in the Makerspace, are examples of Parents Association purchases. Community-building events are often planned, and a week-long celebration in May is hosted for the staff.
